how we handle your info

what we collect
when you join the waitlist we collect your email address. optionally, if you fill in the "help us plan" section, we also collect your size guess, city, country, referral source, and which sets you're interested in.
why we collect it
we use your email to let you know when the shop opens for pre-order and to send a small number of brand-related emails about launches. optional fields help us plan production quantities, colours, and where to ship first.
who sees it
only sunday morning. we don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. we use resend to deliver our emails and supabase (an eu-hosted database) to store the list.
how long we keep it
we keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or for up to 24 months of inactivity after launch — whichever comes first.
unsubscribing / your rights
you can ask us to delete your details at any time. under uk gdpr you also have the right to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to stop processing it. email hello@thesundaymorning.co.uk and we'll handle it within 30 days.
cookies
we don't use marketing or advertising cookies. we do use one first-party analytics cookie (a random session id, no personal info) to count unique visitors and page views. no third-party trackers.
